上酒中心预购酒品购买须知
1. 提请注意:预购酒品为国外定向采购酒品,一经下单采购后,无法取消。故客户下单并支付完成后不支持退款。
2. 客户如选择“未税价”购买,客户提货前还需支付相关税费及运费等;客户如选择“跨境完税价”或“一般贸易完税价”购买,无需再支付额外费用,酒到后发货。页面如显示“预计跨境完税价”仅供参考,实际到手价或有浮动。如须了解一般贸易完税价,可咨询客服。
3. 客户如选择“未税价”购买,需要分两次付款:
(1)提交订单后,支付未税价款项。
(2)预购酒品到货后发货前,支付税费、运费等相关费用后即可发货,该费用按照实际产生收取。(税费按照届时有效的相关税费政策收取)
4. 客户如选择“未税价”购买,酒品发货前,客户可根据自身需要选择一般贸易渠道清关或跨境电商渠道清关。选择跨境电商渠道清关,如在个人年度交易限值以内,且完税后的订单金额小于单次交易金额限制,即可享受相应零关税优惠及部分增值税、消费税优惠。
5. 因酒庄陈酿、装瓶及发货时间各不相同,2022年份新酒预计在2025年初至2025年末陆续到货,2021年份新酒预计在2024年初至2024年末陆续到货,2020年份新酒预计在2023年初至2023年末陆续到货,其他年份酒品到货时间详见酒品购买页面标注。
请注意,本平台会收集所有预购订单统一集中提货海运,另加上海内外疫情管控、战乱、罢工、海关或港口政策、货代及船公司延迟等因素可能会导致酒品预计发货时间有所改变,本平台会在酒品页面做相应更新调整。

DOMAINE ALPHONSE MELLOT
酒庄故事
Alphonse Mellot is a winery owned by a family with a tradition in the world of wine that began in the sixteenth century. Alphonse Mellot Domaine La Moussière is produced with vineyards that are between 4 and 40 plus years old. Among them they have a total of 34 hectares, with average yields of 53 hectolitres per hectare and a planting density of about 10,000 plants/ha. They are manually harvested into 25kg boxes so that the bunches and berries do not suffer breakage and reach the winery intact. They are all grown organically or biodynamically.

The DOMAINE DE LA MOUSSIERE comprises one single vineyard of over thirty hectares.
Its ideally exposed location on the south-western tip of Sancerre, its chalk soil and its specific sub-soil are all perfect conditions for the cultivation of the vine.
酿造理念
The grapes are harvested by hand in small trays in order that the precious fruit can be transported to the press without it being damaged in any possible way that may cause an irremediable change to its texture. As soon as it arrives in the winery, the Alphonse Mellot Domaine La Moussière harvest is pressed and the must is racked at a low temperature for about 48 hours. It is then fermented at a controlled temperature to obtain pleasant fermentation aromas, and once vinified it is aged on lees for 7 to 8 months in barrels.
